The feud between AEW American Champion MJF and Will Ospreay has been a central focus of the road to AEW All In, but much like Raven in the 90s, all of this has PAC asking “What about me? What about PAC?” The former International Champion won a shot at the AEW International/American Championship earlier this summer and was seemingly scuttled to the side in favor of the jingoistic storyline.

En “AEW Dynamite,” PAC declaró que el ganador del próximo combate entre Ospreay y MJF se enfrentará a él dos semanas después del evento en All Out en el NOW Arena de Hoffman Estates, IL, el 7 de septiembre. PAC ganó una lucha de cuatro esquinas a principios de este verano, derrotando a Claudio Castagnoli, Kyle Fletcher y Tomohiro Ishii para ganar la lucha.
El cambio de título
Inicialmente el Campeonato Internacional de AEW, MJF cambió el nombre del título a “Campeonato Americano” después de ganarlo a Ospreay en el episodio 250 de “AEW Dynamite”, incluso creando un nuevo y llamativo cinturón de campeonato, al estilo del “Big Burberry Belt” que llevaba como Campeón Mundial.
